Printer is not recognizing/detecting the DTF film
Depending on the printer and sheet of DTF film you use, Your printer might not detect the DTF film. Here are some tips to help you with your printer
It may be the film is too translucent or transparent for the printer's sensor to "see" the film.
In this example, you can see our printer is showing an error when it attempts to use the film. Let's cancel this print job for now.
With the film, we will need to add something for the printer to "see" the film. You have the option to use standard printer paper and paste it on, or a white marker to add the visual indicator.
In this example, we will cut a portion of label paper. 2-pieces, about 1cm X 4cm (0.5-INCH X 1.5-INCH) for each is good. We will attach them to the glossy non-printing side, at the corners where the film will be fed into the printer.
Let's try to print again. The film is now feeding through the printer correctly.
